Rock Creek Conservancy has developed several volunteer and recreational opportunities in the Montgomery Country section of Rock Creek for early October. These county parks, north of the District line, are unaffected by the federal shutdown. Enjoy the outdoors and relieve some stress! All are welcome, furloughed or not, and the events will go forward if the federal government re-opens.
