Join USGBC National Capital Region’s Montgomery County Branch and the Montgomery County Department of Environmental Protection for a full day of interactive discussions and workshops during the 3rd Annual Energy Summit on April 5th.

Topics that will be covered include Montgomery County’s launch of the Commercial PACE Program, the County’s new Green Bank, energy audits, commissioning, and the IgCC. A full agenda of offerings for the day will be available shortly. Coffee and lunch will be provided.

Benchmarking Jam Offered During the Energy Summit

DEP is also partnering with the US Green Building Council and EPA’s ENERGY STAR to offer a Benchmarking Jam workshop to community and faith based organizations and affordable housing developments. This hands-on workshop will walk you through the process of measuring, monitoring, and managing your facilities energy and water performance.

The workshop will be held during the April 5th Montgomery County Energy Summit from 3:30- 5:00 pm at the Silver Spring Civic Building—Registration for the Energy Summit is *not required* if you are only attending the Benchmarking Jam. Register here if you are interested in benchmarking your building during the Benchmarking Jam.
