We want to thank all that have expressed interest in our RainScapes Rewards program this year. We have received a record number of rebate applications, and at this time need to take a pause while we process the applications we have already received. From October 12, 2020 until February 14, 2021 we will not be accepting new applications. Please check back to our website (rainscapes.org) after Feb. 14 if you wish to submit an application.
During this pause, we will be actively processing existing applications and reviewing our program offerings in light of current fiscal and staff resources. Any changes to the program requirements or offerings will be announced prior to accepting new applications. Information on requirements and rebates will be posted on our website and shared through our RainScapes Gazettes and other media outlets.
While we are pausing, you can be planning a project! We have a large number of resources on our website for each of our project types! Did you know that we have garden design templates, a plant spacing guide and a fact sheet on how to make a planting plan? You can find all this, as well as informative videos on the RainScapes site.
Remember, clean water starts at home! RainScapes have been, and will continue to be, a valuable tool that individuals can use to work towards a cleaner, healthier environment for themselves and our local streams.
We appreciate your patience as we strive to continue to provide the highest level of service to County residents who want to help manage stormwater on their property and help the overall environment at the same time. Sign up for the RainScapes Gazette to keep updated on the RainScapes Program!
