Meet DEP’s New Energy & Climate Programs Office Services Coordinator

DEP would like to welcome Norelle Thomas (back) to the team! Learn more about Norelle in her own words:

I am thrilled to be joining the Energy, Climate & Compliance division of DEP as the Office Services Coordinator (OSC)! I have over five years of experience in Property Management, including commercial and residential properties throughout Maryland, as well as prior experience working as the OSC with the Watershed Restoration Division under the SWIM (BMP) team.

I hold a Maryland Real Estate license and am a U.S. Air Force Veteran. I have studied Information & Data Management at The Community College of the Air Force and have over 15 years of experience in Information and Database systems.

Gardening and soil building is a hobby of mine and I have an interest in landscape design for commercial developments. Above all, I am passionate about “connecting the dots” and bringing people and processes together to achieve common goals.”
