You’re invited to the post-holiday party and winter fundraiser that brings out everyone in the industry from across the DMV – USGBC National Capital Region’s Green Tie Affair! This year’s event will take place on Thursday, February 27, from 6 to 9 pm. By popular demand, we’re returning to District Winery, DC’s first operational commercial winery, which is located in DC’s lively The Yards waterfront neighborhood. Join 300 of your colleagues for an evening of networking while enjoying beautiful views of the Anacostia River boardwalk. Attendees will enjoy an array of hors d’oeuvres and an open bar featuring local beer and delicious wines made onsite. Event proceeds will support local education, advocacy, and volunteer initiatives.

The theme for this year’s event is “Green Gatsby,” as we kick off the next Roaring 20’s. 1920’s-inspired attire is encouraged. Early bird tickets are available to USGBC local community members for $75 until January 24. Regular tickets are $100. Nonmembers can also take advantage of our Membership Special, which includes an event ticket and a one-year individual membership with USGBC NCR for $160 (a $229 value!).
