Baltimore City and the 2018 IgCC

Come join Katy Byrne, Assistant Commissioner of the Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Development for a discussion on the 2018 building codes, specifically focusing on the 2018 IgCC amendments the City has adopted. Highlights will include changes to the model code, the added Electives required, a discussion on the appendixes, and an overall look at required documentation. Panel will include the committee that assisted in the drafting of the City adoption.
