This conference has been developed by the UMd Extension to help area turf managers comply with the Montgomery County Pesticide Law. Turf managers, business owners, and researchers will discuss ways of managing insect, weed, and disease problems with biological methods and cultural management. Experts from Ontario, who have operated under similar laws since 2009 will share expertise and how they adapted to change in their industry.
