Pike & Rose Tour and LEED-ND Gold Project Presentation + Ceremony

USGBC NCR’s Montgomery County Committee invites you to join USGBC, Federal Realty and Paladino for a light breakfast, panel discussion, tour and certification celebration at Rockville’s hottest new Live-Work-Play development – Pike & Rose. Located in the heart of Montgomery County on Rockville Pike, Pike & Rose is reinventing one of the area’s most successful retail corridors with a Gold LEED for Neighborhood Development design unlike anything in the County.
During the panel discussion, you’ll learn about the challenges, opportunities and motivations for developing a cutting edge LEED-ND Gold project from owner/developer Federal Realty Trust, project sustainability consultant Paladino, and other team members. Afterward, there will be a ceremony celebrating Pike & Rose’s certification, followed by tours of the property from its managers. Breakfast will be served during the panel discussion.
