The Playful Environmentalist
May 30 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We have partnered with The Playful Environmentalists to encourage discussion among teens, 13-18, through a few games and activities on serious environmental topics.
This workshop is to help teens come back to the core of what makes us human: Humor. Play. Empathy. By bringing some levity and joy in our engagement and communication as environmentalists, to ultimately increase our impact and outreach.
Can Climate change be “fun”? No. But environmentalists can have fun and should be playful. Because behind play there’s creativity. And behind creativity there’s hope. All in all, it’s a fun, playful way to take a step back on how we communicate about climate change – as well as a fun, different to network with other people!
