QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, compliance, or another relevant role
An understanding of budgeting, loan processing, real estate finance, and general accounting principles would be preferred. Experience with managing finances for a large entity or program would be a bonus. Knowledge about non-profit tax laws, reporting requirements, and public charity regulations would be a plus.
