We are excited to announce that we have begun the hiring process to welcome two new Directors of Conservation Partnerships (DCPs) to the National Wildlife Federation: one based in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Center (MARC) and the other based in the Northeast Regional Center (NERC). The job postings are now live and can be found here:
DCPs play critical roles at the National Wildlife Federation. They serve as the primary liaisons with our state affiliates, contribute to national efforts to advance Federation conservation and organizational strategies, and build authentic partnerships with a diversity of individuals and organizations in furtherance of shared goals. We’re seeking two collaborative leaders to join the team.
These opportunities are now posted on multiple job boards, with an application period open through July 31. Please feel free to share with any individuals you feel would be strong candidates, as well as any organizations with whom you’re associated that might help broaden the reach of our recruiting efforts.
The job descriptions include the organization’s new leadership competencies and builds equity into the position. We will be reviewing resumes, doing phone screens, and meeting with final candidates through the summer. We look forward to welcoming two new DCPs this fall.
