Our client, Pando Alliance is seeking a highly-skilled, friendly, detail-oriented administrative professional to join our team.  As our new Business Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our business operates like a well-oiled machine by overseeing daily office administration, supporting projects and operational activities, managing human resources, and administering our accounting processes.  You’ll also ensure our project teams have the resources they need to advise our clients on green building practices at an optimal level.

What we’re looking for…

If you’re the right person for this job, you will have a degree in accounting, business, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of work experience and training. You will have a two (2) year track record of providing high-level administrative support at a small to mid-size company within a similar industry. You may have also previously managed day-to-day operational activities, human resources, and accounting processes. You must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. We also prefer that you have familiarity with QuickBooks Online or other accounting software. Prior experience with project management software would also be a plus.

If you’re our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent organization and time management skills along with strong attention to detail. You should have a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come your way. You’ll also be someone who constantly asks, “how can we do this better?” and finds joy in identifying solutions to problems.

Additionally, you must have a service-oriented disposition, a professional demeanor, and be able to foster a pleasant work environment our people love. It is also vital that you are able to work successfully in a collaborative, positive team environment.
