Permitting and Code Compliance Inspector III for the Montgomery County DPS Division of Land Development

The Montgomery County Department of Permitting Services (DPS) is seeking a Permitting & Code Compliance Inspector (I, II, or III) to join the Division of Land Development.

In this role, you’ll help protect Montgomery County’s natural resources by inspecting construction sites for compliance with sediment control, stormwater management, grading, drainage, and environmental regulations. You’ll work closely with engineers, contractors, developers, and the public to ensure projects meet County, State, and Federal standards while supporting safe and sustainable development.
