Inspired by efforts to increase racial diversity in clean energy, the Roger Arliner Young (RAY) Clean Energy Diversity Fellowship Program aims to increase and facilitate clean energy-related career pathways for emerging leaders of color. The RAY Fellowship Program is a paid fellowship designed to equip recent college graduates with the tools, experiences, support, and community they need to become leaders in the clean energy sector—one that, in our visions of the future, fully represents, includes, and is led by the diverse communities, perspectives, and experiences of the United States.
IMT seeks a motivated individual to support our work to improve the energy efficiency of buildings—a foundational component to create jobs, reduce harmful pollution, and create healthier spaces in American cities. Achieving our mission requires teamwork—the Fellow will engage with cities and the commercial real estate market to help drive energy efficiency. This is a valuable opportunity to build an existing skillset in strategic communications and gain experience in the clean energy field as well as the nonprofit sector. The Fellow will work closely with and provide support to project teams across the organization. This includes research, writing, and implementation support for IMT’s public and private sector engagement teams.
