Environmental Protection and COC Open House

The Environmental Protection and Common Ownership Communities (COC) Open House is a FREE event specifically for HOA, condo or Co-op members to have their environmental questions answered by County staff. 

You'll take away the tools and knowledge to spread to your boards and members to save your community time and money.

What To Expect at the Open House:

  • Welcome and intro by DEP Acting Director Patrice Bubar
  • 3 Tracks of Workshops by DEP and the CCOC
  • Exhibitor booths on environmental topics from stormwater management to trees
  • Snacks and beverages
  • One-on-one time with many environmental experts!

Who Should Attend this Open House?

Board members of a Montgomery County, MD HOAs, condo associations or co-ops and those who live in a Common Ownership Community!
