Environmentalism is a legacy rooted in the global Black community, who have fostered positive change and advocated for healthy inclusive futures. This discussion brings together a community of dynamic environmentalists, ranging from scholars to community organizers, to culminate and celebrate that the descriptor of “environmentalist” is encompassing. Join us as we explore what inspired them, how they got there and what it means to be a Black environmentalist.
